- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My son wrecked his truck between deployments for the Air force. USAA offered $3,600 for his $8,000 truck. I refused the low ball offer. USAA came back “doing me a favor” and offered $4,200. Insurance companies are not on your side! Insurance company representatives are highly trained to screw you over and make you like it! I spent a total of 2 ½ hours trying to fight the “dark side” on my own! When dealing with the devil you need a good guy on your side! If your reading this you have found him!!! After calling McDorman, my battle was over. One call to Robert McDorman and one week later USAA mysteriously came up with $7,300. Thank you Mr. McDorman!!!!!!!!
